Roofing Systems Specialist

As a Roofing Systems Specialist with the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality roofing systems for our clients. Your expertise will be essential in assessing clients' leak and repair needs, and completing projects to customer satisfaction, industry standards, safely, on time and within budget.

The work is carried out on multiple sites at various locations simultaneously, primarily within Trinidad and Tobago. You will be working in construction site conditions and at height, requiring strong health and safety awareness.

• Leak/Repair Assessment: Conduct detailed inspections and analyses of assigned jobs to provide technical solutions that meet all technical requirements.
• Confirmation of Materials and Work Methods: Take accurate measurements, present data effectively, and confirm all materials and equipment before starting a job.
• Health and Safety: Observe safety procedures, conduct job safety analysis, and report potential unsafe conditions.
• Customer Service: Maintain clean job sites, protect client property, and keep clients informed of project status.

• Technical Skills: Proven experience in risk assessment, emergency response, first aid, and accident investigation.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Strong knowledge of roofing systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.

We offer an attractive salary package of approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, to reflect the demands and challenges of this critical role.
