Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Roofer and Leak Specialist to join our team at the Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofs to identify leaks and required repairs, providing expert solutions that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Lead and manage repair projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, high-quality workmanship, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide quotations, and advise on the best course of action for their roof systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and job site conditions, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Foster excellent customer relationships by maintaining open communication, respecting client property, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in risk assessment, emergency response, first aid, and accident investigation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated commitment to health and safety protocols, with a strong focus on preventing accidents and ensuring a safe working environment.
