Strategic Partnership Manager:
LATAM Business School seeks an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team. As Gerente de Relaciones Institucionales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic alliances with global industry leaders, driving business growth, and enhancing our reputation as a leading institution in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to build and scale partnerships with top-tier companies
• Manage high-impact partnerships and collaborations, driving business growth and revenue
• Design initiatives that connect executives with our premium programs, creating value for both parties

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or institutional sales
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals, driving business growth and revenue
• Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and virtual collaboration platforms, ensuring seamless execution of partnerships
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English, facilitating effective communication with senior executives
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
