We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our team as a Consulting Sales Executive. This exceptional opportunity allows you to leverage your sales expertise in a lucrative, commission-based role with significant earning potential.
Responsibilities:
\
* Develop and execute strategies to cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand service offerings and drive client success.
\
* Proactively generate new business leads and expand our client base within the region, conducting thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and tailor compelling consulting solutions.
\
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to C-suite executives and decision-makers, negotiating and closing complex consulting engagements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
\
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets to drive revenue growth for the firm.
Requirements:
\
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
\
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.
\
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport with senior-level executives and influence decision-making.
\
* Natural sales aptitude with a 'tiger' mentality – driven, tenacious, and results-oriented, highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
