**Job Description**

This position reports directly to the Controller & CFO. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Review patient authorization for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all necessary information is obtained.
  • Collaborate with coordinators to resolve no-punch issues each Monday morning.
  • Generate weekly billing to insurers, reconcile AR accounts, and prepare billing reports.
  • Investigate and correct Medicaid billing adjustments, preparing manual claims reports as needed.
  • Communicate with staff coordinators and intake regarding variances in data.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field, with excellent Excel skills and 2 years of experience in account management. Strong planning and organization skills, teamwork abilities, and quantitative and analytical skills are essential.
