At Freelance Latin America, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Treasury and Billing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable and payable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of financial principles and procedures, as well as proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the cash flow process, including invoicing and payment reconciliation
  • Coordinating with the controller to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
