Job Overview
Freelance Latin America is seeking a highly skilled Treasury and Accounting Expert to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of our revenue and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities
- Review patient authorizations for accuracy and completeness, obtaining any missing information as needed.
- Collaborate with coordinators to resolve 'no punch' issues each Monday morning.
- Generate weekly billing reports to insurers, reconcile Explain of Benefit, and prepare billing reconciliation reports.
- Investigate and correct Medicaid billing adjustments, prepare manual claims reports, and dispute billing variances with vendors.
- Assist in establishing efficiency standards and policies for dealing with insurance carriers.
- Organize invoices and receipts, and forward them to the controller for processing.
- Maintain accurate records and perform other duties related to the position.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field.
- Excellent Excel skills and 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong planning and organization skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with knowledge of ADP/Ontime being a plus.
