Commercial Real Estate Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Investment Analyst II to support our Production Debt/Equity team in San Francisco.

• Prepare underwriting of commercial real estate properties based on historical financial statements, borrower models or projections, and market standards.
• Pack loan request packages that meet company guidelines and lender requirements.
• Coordinate deal-specific lists of potential lenders, collect loan quotes, and create detailed quote matrices for distribution.
• Provide closing coordination, including collecting and reviewing due diligence, ordering third party reports, and reviewing lender documentation.
• Supply reliable data by using available resources.
• Perform regional office servicing functions, including investor portfolio analysis and routine duties through local market knowledge.

• Two to five years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
• A four-year college degree with a major in real estate, finance, accounting, or business area preferred.
• Proficient understanding of cash flow analysis and demonstrated analytical skills.
• Proficient technical knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office expertise.
