Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our team in San Francisco. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis and underwriting support to our Production Debt/Equity team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis and underwriting support to the Production Debt/Equity team
- Prepare loan request packages that meet company guidelines and lender requirements
- Conduct research and lead generation efforts to identify potential borrowers and properties
- Perform regional office servicing functions, including investor portfolio analysis and lease reviews
- Provide administrative support and marketing efforts for office functions as needed

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate finance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (real estate, finance, accounting, or business)
- Proficient understanding of cash flow analysis and demonstrated analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
