We are seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Litigation expert to join our team in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class/PAGA litigation.

About the Role

As a seasoned attorney, you will represent clients in a broad range of L&E litigation matters in California, handling discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, and PAGA claims. You will also counsel clients on labor and employment compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, active California Bar Admission, and 7+ years of substantive experience in labor & employment (L&E) litigation. They will be able to manage all phases of litigation, from case assessment and discovery to motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.
