Job Title: Consortium Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consortium Coordinator to join our team at Première Urgence Internationale. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination and implementation of our consortium projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of the consortium project, ensuring timely and qualitative implementation.
  • Ensure effective information management, both internally and externally, in accordance with consortium guidelines and donor requirements.
  • Lead the consortium team, ensuring synergy and collaboration among all partners.
  • Maximize the sectoral and geographical scope of the integrated approach, enhancing the quality and impact of humanitarian action.
  • Coordinate multi-agency teams and external representation, ensuring accountability and issue resolution.
  • Ensure program coordination, implementing activities in a timely and professional manner, according to objectives, goals, and indicators.
  • Contribute to the regular assessment of needs, analysis of the situation, and re-orientation of the project according to partner strategies.
  • Advocate towards partners, donors, or third parties to prioritize consortium project agenda.
  • Ensure regular follow-up of financial, logistic, and HR means and resources allocated to the project.
  • Coordinate grants, audit, and compliance management, ensuring respect of donor grants award contract and Partnership agreements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in project management, political sciences, international development, humanitarian studies, public administration, or relevant areas.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and/or areas of multi-sector program coordination, with experience in directly supervising and coordinating diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of donor requirements, experience in writing, reviewing, and editing narrative and financial reports, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong experience in negotiation and diplomacy, and previous experience in managing teams with no direct hierarchy link.
  • Proven capacity for analyzing and synthesizing comprehensive information and technical data, with good communication skills for public presentations.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to the needs of the team and organization, with proven management abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, database management software, statistical packages, and GIS.
  • Strong command in writing and editing documents in English, with proficiency in Spanish, Arabic, and/or French an asset.
What We Offer:
  • Cadre with a Fixed-Term Contract.
  • Monthly Gross Income: €2,650.00 EUR, depending on experience in International Solidarity.
  • Insurance including medical coverage and complementary healthcare, 24/24 assistance, and repatriation.
  • Housing in collective accommodation.
  • Daily Living Expenses ('Per Diem').
  • Break Policy: 5 working days at 3 and 9 months + break allowance.
  • Paid Leaves Policy: 5 weeks of paid leaves per year + return ticket every 6 months.
