Consortium Coordinator

Première Urgence Internationale is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consortium Coordinator to join our team in Venezuela. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our consortium project activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate multi-agency teams and external representation to ensure effective and timely project implementation.
- Ensure program coordination and activities are implemented in a timely and professional manner, according to objectives, goals, and indicators.
- Contribute to the regular assessment of needs, analysis of the situation, and re-orientation of the project according to partner strategies.
- Advocate towards partners, donors, or any third party to prioritize consortium project agenda.
- Ensure regular follow-up of financial, logistic, and HR means and resources allocated to the project.
- Coordinate with relevant partners to ensure respect of donor grants award contract and Partnership agreements.
- Master's degree in project management, political sciences, international development, humanitarian studies, public administration, or relevant areas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role and/or areas of multi-sector program coordination.
- Experience in directly supervising and coordinating diverse teams and in coordinating multi-agency teams and/or interventions.
- Strong knowledge of donor requirements, project cycle management, and negotiation and diplomacy skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Cadre with a Fixed-Term Contract.
- Monthly Gross Income: €2650.00 - €3130.00 depending on experience in International Solidarity.
- Insurance including medical coverage and complementary healthcare.
- 24/24 assistance and repatriation.
- Daily Living Expenses ("Per Diem").
- Break Policy: 5 working days at 3 and 9 months + break allowance.
- Paid Leaves Policy: 5 weeks of paid leaves per year + return ticket every 6 months.
