CMA CGM, a world-renowned shipping and logistics company, is seeking a skilled Sales Support Officer to join its Venezuelan team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide administrative and sales support to Sales Executives, helping them achieve their targets in various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the Shipping Industry, and a solid understanding of International Trade practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Executives in managing customer relationships and meeting sales objectives
  • Process quotations requests and follow up on ongoing quotations
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to resolve disputes and claims
  • Promote CMA CGM Services and Non-Maritime products to existing and new customers
Requirements for the Position

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in International Trade/International Business or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of Customs regulations in Venezuela is highly desirable
  • Upper intermediate English language skills (B2)
