Key Responsibilities- Analyze daily financial reports
- Assign tasks to personnel based on their knowledge and experience
- Guarantee quality of service satisfying client needs
You will also enforce compliance with laws, policies, and regulations within the branch, manage cash, and maintain delinquency levels. Additionally, you will orient personnel about changes in procedures and policies, and encourage compliance with objectives and targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry, including one year of personnel supervision experience. Alternatively, an Associate's Degree with six years of relevant experience and two years of supervision experience is acceptable.
