Office Manager / HR & Operations Support

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to support our growing company. This role plays a key part in Human Resources, daily operations, and sales support, helping keep our internal systems running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, comfortable handling employee-related matters, and confident managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Human Resources:

* Post job openings on platforms like Indeed and social media.

* Coordinate and conduct interviews and assist with hiring decisions.

* Manage onboarding paperwork, documentation, and employee records.

* Support new hire orientation and training sessions.

* Assist with performance follow-ups and improvement plans.

* Help manage employee matters such as attendance, leave requests, and workplace issues.

* Ensure compliance with employment policies (California knowledge preferred, but don't worry, training will be provided).

2. Operations & Sales Support:

* Support sales team workflows and task completion.

* Monitor performance and follow up on pending sales activities.

* Communicate with field technicians and support daily operational needs.

* Assist with timesheets, scheduling, and operational compliance.

3. Executive & Administrative Support:

* Support planning, coordination, and internal communication across teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

* Experience in HR, office management, operations, or a similar role.

* Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and handling terminations.

* Comfortable supervising employees performance.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

* Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

SKILLS & TOOLS

* Bilingual: English & Spanish

* Experience with CRMs (Jobber or similar)

* Hiring platforms (Indeed, application forms)

* Scheduling tools (Calendly)

* Payroll/HR systems (ADP or similar)

* Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)

* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Google Meet, Zoom and virtual meeting tools

* Comfortable with Canva and AI tools

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

* Probation Period (Up to 3 Months): Starting at approximately $1,000/month, with growth to up to $1,600/month after probation for candidates who take full ownership of the role and consistently deliver strong HR and operational performance.

* Performance-based review and adjustment

After 90 Days:
