We are seeking a seasoned Senior WordPress Website Designer to join our growing team at Builder Lead Converter, a pioneering Software With a Service (SwaS) company.About UsOur mission is to empower clients with cutting-edge technology and unparalleled support to transform their marketing, lead generation, and sales processes. We believe in delivering exceptional results through innovative solutions and expert collaboration.Salary: $62,400-$82,400 per year based on experience and performance.About the JobThis role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in developing responsive WordPress websites while utilizing technical programming skills.Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates.Design and develop custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components.Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.Implement and customize third-party integrations.Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes.RequirementsTo succeed in this position, you should have:Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.BenefitsYou will enjoy:Competitive hourly wage.Paid time off.Floating holidays.Profit sharing.Flexible schedule.Performance-based bonuses.
