We are seeking an experienced Senior WordPress Website Developer & Architect to drive innovation and deliver exceptional web solutions at Builder Lead Converter.
Job SummaryA highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Website Developer & Architect is required to join our team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy responsive WordPress websites that meet industry standards and client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins, as well as experience with responsive design and mobile optimization. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is essential, along with knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, the successful candidate will be a key member of our team, driving success through their expertise and attention to detail.
About the RoleThis senior-level position involves:
- Designing and developing responsive WordPress websites that meet industry standards and client requirements
- Creating concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates to ensure project efficiency
- Developing custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration of website components
- Optimizing website performance
- Implementing and customizing third-party integrations
- Performing website updates, backups, and security enhancements
- Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience
- Able to clearly communicate with clients via video conferencing in English
- Able to manage junior website developers
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
