We are seeking a seasoned Senior WordPress Website Designer to join our growing team at Builder Lead Converter, a pioneering Software With a Service (SwaS) company.

Salary: $62,400-$82,400 per year based on experience and performance.
About the JobThis role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in developing responsive WordPress websites while utilizing technical programming skills.
- Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates.
- Design and develop custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components.
- Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement and customize third-party integrations.
- Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes.
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
