This is a remote job opportunity for individuals who are responsible, proactive, and committed. The role focuses on account management tasks such as posting, messaging, branding, and developing sales strategies through chat.
You can choose from three shifts aligned with Venezuela time (UTC-4): morning from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., evening from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., or night from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. This flexibility allows you to select the schedule that best fits your availability.
The position starts with a base salary of $480 in the first month, plus the chance to earn a 3% bonus if expectations are exceeded. Payments are made on a biweekly basis, and you will also receive a bonus for completing the training, which ensures extra income from the beginning. No previous experience is required, since we provide a paid training program to prepare you for the role.
To qualify, candidates must have an English level of B2 or higher, a laptop or PC (6th generation or above, with at least 8GB RAM), and a stable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps for both upload and download. Phones or tablets are not compatible with this job. It is also essential to have an electrical backup plan to ensure continuity during power outages.
