Acerca del puesto Sales Manager VenezuelaReconocida compañía internacional del sector power tools está en búsqueda de su Sales Manager en Caracas (trabajo remoto) que lidere la construcción y fortalecimiento de canales de distribución en el mercado venezolano.Oportunidad de representar una marca internacional con fuerte crecimiento en Latinoamérica.Posibilidad de trabajar en modalidad home office desde Venezuela.Impacto directo en la estrategia comercial y expansión de mercado en la región.Paquete salarial altamente competitivo en USD, con bonos adicionales por desempeño.Reportando directamente al Regional Sales Manager para Latinoamérica, sus principales responsabilidades serán:¿Qué harás en esta posición?Desarrollar y mantener canales de distribución junto a dealers y distribuidores locales.Implementar políticas comerciales y garantizar la correcta exhibición de productos en puntos de venta EIBC.Investigar y analizar información de mercado, competencia y tendencias de la industria.Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas dentro de la industria de herramientas eléctricas.Conocimiento sólido en desarrollo y gestión de distribuidores.Historial comprobado en liderazgo de equipos de ventas y cumplimiento de metas.Fluidez en español; nivel avanzado de inglés será considerado un plus.¿Qué recibirás por parte de ellos?Salario súper competitivo.Bono anual equivalente a 1-2 meses de salario.Flexibilidad laboral con modalidad trabajo remoto.Entorno internacional dinámico y de alto crecimiento.Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional en la región LATAM.Envía tu CV y embárcate en este emocionante proceso que podría cambiarte la vida
