We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Colors of México, an immersive Mexican-themed experience in Las Vegas. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring our guests have unforgettable experiences.Job Description:Join our dynamic team at Fantasy lab Las Vegas, where we bring the vibrant culture, cuisine, and entertainment of Mexico to life. As an Assistant Manager, you will help lead our team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.Job Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations for smooth venue functioning.Supervise staff across various departments, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.Coordinate with departments to optimize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders.Implement strategies to improve profitability.Support marketing and promotional activities.Essential Skills and Abilities:Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within hospitality or entertainment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in handling customer service issues positively.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and management software.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.High School degree or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in a hotel or restaurant management field or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant experience required, 2 years in a leadership role preferred.What It Takes to Succeed:To excel as an Assistant Manager, you should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
