We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale, retail and open channel sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving business growth. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the payments sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and technology partners.Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for channel partners.Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.Travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, preferably in the technology industry.Strong understanding of payment solutions and technology trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel as needed.Proficiency in English at a C2 level.
