We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Venezuela. As a key member of our B2B channel, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our corporate solutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert technical guidance to customers on TP-Link's networking products and solutions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in the region.
- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities within the B2B market and drive sales growth through strategic account planning and solution selling.
- Account Planning: Maximize the value of long-term relationships through a structured approach to identifying opportunities and aligning solutions with customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar disciplines.
- Postgraduate studies in Sales, Business Administration or similar is a plus.
- At least 5 years' experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications, and/or networking companies.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Availability to work 100% on-site and to travel frequently within the national territory.
- Fluency in English is a must.
