Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Venezuela. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B clients in the region, as well as identifying new business opportunities within the B2B market and driving sales growth through strategic account planning and solution selling.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in the region.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the B2B market and develop strategies to capture these opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process and help close deals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar disciplines.
  • Postgraduate studies in Sales, Business Administration or similar is a plus.
  • At least 5 years' experience developing sales in a corporate channel for technology, telecommunications, and/or networking companies.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills.
  • Availability to work 100% on-site and to travel frequently within the national territory.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
