Regional Business Development Director for Latin America

Tiryaki Agro is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Director to lead our operations in Latin America, driving business growth and establishing a strong presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for Latin America, aligning with Tiryaki Agro's global objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and financial institutions.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals to drive business results.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, maintaining a strong reputation for Tiryaki Agro in the region.
- Proven experience in business development, leadership, and strategic planning within the FMCG or commodity trading industries.
- Strong understanding of Latin American markets, cultures, and business environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Finance, or a related field.
Experience10+ years of experience in business leadership roles, including Country Manager, General Manager, Sales/Marketing Manager positions.
Experience in the commodity trading industry is strongly preferred. International experience, preferably in Latin America.
