HammondCare's internal team is seeking an experienced dietitian to provide exceptional care and support to residents.

This opportunity offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team, collaborate closely with residents, family members, and clinical teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing residents' nutritional needs, developing tailored plans, and providing expert guidance to stakeholders.

With a strong focus on teamwork and communication, this role requires a dietitian who can foster positive relationships and contribute to a collaborative, resident-centred care environment.

Job Description Highlights:
  • Responsible for delivering comprehensive dietetic services to residents and stakeholders.
  • Assess and set goals for residents' nutritional needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement individualised nutrition plans to meet residents' unique requirements.
Essential Requirements:
  • Alignment with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation, and Mission in Action.
  • Qualification as a registered dietitian from an Australian university.
  • Current Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) or provisional APD status.
  • Proven experience working in Aged Care settings or demonstrated knowledge in this area.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel between HammondCare sites and services.
