Business Development Representative

We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our dynamic software sales team as Software Sales Trainee for our global customer base across regions. In this role, you'll play a key part in growing our company by converting leads into sales for our innovative software solutions. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your sales career, gaining hands-on experience with the latest technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Convert provided leads into sales to meet targets and boost revenue.
- Research the market to understand customer needs and industry trends, helping us position our software effectively.
- Give persuasive sales presentations and demos to showcase the benefits of our software.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to create tailored proposals for clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting pricing guidelines and sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our software's value.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training sessions to improve your sales skills and stay informed about the market.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to address customer needs.
- Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- Excited about technology and eager to learn about software solutions.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with CRM software (good to have).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.
