Job Responsibilities
As an Operations and Back-office Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Data entry and maintenance of accurate records
2. Communication with internal stakeholders and external partners
3. Document management and organization
4. Support with special projects and initiatives
5. Maintenance of databases and spreadsheets

Working Conditions
This is a remote position, and you will be working independently. However, you will be required to collaborate with the team on regular basis through video conferencing and email communication. You must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
5. Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is beneficial but not necessary
