Job Title: Clinical Therapist

FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

About the Role:
  • Work as an Independent Contractor in various locations.
  • Control your own schedule and work in preferred areas.
  • No minimum requirement for patient visits.
Benefits:
  • Independence as an independent contractor.
  • Take as much time off as you want.
  • Highest per-visit rates determine your earnings.
  • You decide how many patients to treat and thus how much you earn.
  • Administrative support from our team.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Observe, record, and report on patient progress and condition changes.
  • Determine the plan of care for each patient.
  • Use our Electronic Medical Record system for easy documentation.
Requirements:
  • Curent Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy.
  • Ability to work with patients of all ages.
  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Smartphone required.
