">The Retail Operations Director is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and Assistant Managers.
">Duties and Responsibilities

Grow Sales: Execute management plans, marketing strategies, and company processes to increase gross profit.
">">Maintain High Store Standards: Foster a positive environment and maintain high store standards and conditions.
">">Manage Team Members: Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
">">Provide Training: Offer proper orientation, initial and ongoing training, and regular evaluation of all team members to ensure success and development.
">">Promote a Safe Environment: Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
">">Enforce Company Policies: Follow and enforce all Company Policies and Established Procedures in the store's operation and comply with State and Federal laws on Alcohol, Tobacco, and lottery sales.

Implement policies to minimize labor costs while maintaining high-quality customer service.
">">Develop and maintain effective relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
">">Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to maintain a safe working environment.

Investigate and report any incidents or accidents.
">">Develop and implement emergency response plans.
">">Train team members on crisis management and emergency procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful as a Retail Operations Director at El Tigre TexBest, you will need:

A minimum of five years' experience in retail management, preferably within travel centers.
">">A valid driver's license and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
">">Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

">">A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
