The Opportunity

The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in supporting our Sales team in selling our identity products effectively. This involves simplifying complex information, teaching it in a compelling way, and adapting to the ever-changing needs of our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming an industry expert on the identity industry, our solutions and platform, and our customers' challenges
  • Creating and maintaining external-facing Sales collateral, internal knowledge base, and onboarding programs for new SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Engineers
  • Equipping members of our Sales team with essential industry and product knowledge through live trainings and online courses
  • Building and improving processes within the Sales team and across teams, including creating standard operating procedures and working closely with revenue operations
