Your Role

As a Recruiter at ClassDojo, you'll partner closely with hiring managers across the organization to identify, source, and hire top talent for various roles within our engineering organization. You'll design and implement effective hiring strategies to engage with high-caliber talent, both active and passive. Data analysis will play a crucial role in evaluating the success of our searches and advising the business accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and execute hiring strategies.
  • Design and own processes to engage with high-caliber talent, including active and passive candidates.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of our searches and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain high data integrity and regularly share insights with hiring managers to optimize the recruitment process.

Requirements

To be a successful Recruiter at ClassDojo, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a consumer tech environment.
  • A strong belief in the importance of talent density and its impact on a company's growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment is a plus.
