About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our team at Canonical. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects across the globe.

Your primary focus will be on leading cross-cultural, remote, and global project teams, driving project success while managing risks, and building collaborative internal and external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead diverse, remote project teams and manage project success while mitigating risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners
  • Drive project delivery through effective negotiation techniques and professional approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT project management, software engineering, and/or information technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Agile expertise and project management certification
  • Ability to travel 6-8 weeks a year, up to two weeks at a time, sometimes internationally
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required
