We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Manager to join our team at Valatam. As a remote employee, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel lead generation strategies that attract, engage, and convert leads into pipeline opportunities.


In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales growth by managing and optimizing lead-generation efforts across multiple channels while leading a high-performing team. You will have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to:



  • Own and manage all aspects of the lead generation process across multiple channels (cold email, cold calling, direct mail, etc.).
  • Audit, optimize, and scale existing prospecting processes to maximize efficiency and conversions.
  • Continuously analyze lead generation performance, utilizing data to drive improvements and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive reporting systems to track and assess lead generation outcomes and make strategic adjustments.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing B2B lead generation team to ensure consistent quality and innovation in tactics.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams, optimizing lead handover processes to maximize sales pipeline efficiency.

Requirements:



  • C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience and a successful track record in B2B lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and process optimization to drive performance.
  • Proficiency in using systems and tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Airtable, Apollo (or similar) and CRM systems for lead generation and data management.
  • Experience managing and building high-performing teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
