Country Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Program Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Venezuela. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities, leading a team of sales staff, and managing quality control and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and develop sales and marketing activities, including lead generation strategies and CRM drive.
- Lead and develop sales staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Manage quality control and customer service through contact with overseas operations.
- Own direct sales in the country and achieve sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Own product budget with P&L responsibility and complete ownership of all other relevant business aspects and expansion related to the program.
- Mother tongue Spanish and fluency in English are strict requirements.
- Marketing/Business Administration bachelor's degree from a top University (master's degree from an international institution is preferred, but not required).
- International experience (study/work) or extended exposure to an international environment is a plus.
- 3-5 years' work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word).
