Propósito:
Liderar los procesos de sistemas e implementación de soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras para acompañar la agenda de transformación digital del negocio con foco en el área comercial y con ello generar ventajas competitivas, manteniendo los estándares definidos por el corporativo.
Principales responsabilidades:

Ayudar con la integración de procesos moderadamente complejos para garantizar que los procesos y sistemas respalden y satisfagan las necesidades comerciales.
Evaluar los procesos y sistemas actuales para identificar áreas de oportunidad y sugerir cómo mejorar las prácticas actuales actuando como experto técnico.
Brindar soporte en el despliegue e implementación de proyectos digitales.
Responsable de coordinar dentro de las funciones de negocio el soporte necesario de plataformas y soluciones locales.
Vincular las tendencias del negocio/mercado con los impactos de la tecnología en el negocio, comunicando los impactos.
Coordinar y apoyar la entrega de proyectos en curso dentro de la unidad de negocios.
Trabajar estrechamente con los líderes regionales en la estrategia tecnológica para priorizar las inversiones en apoyo de las necesidades comerciales.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Shared Services y AMS para garantizar la continuidad del negocio.
Proporcionar comunicaciones y estados del proyecto formales e informales, impulsando las comunicaciones hacia arriba, hacia abajo y en toda la organización.

Perfil y competencias requeridas:

Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Informática, Computación o carrera afín.
Capacidad para respaldar proyectos en todo MDLZ mediante la identificación de soluciones potenciales.
Más de 10 años de experiencia laboral en TI y negocios/industria.
Experiencia desarrollando, comunicando y manteniendo planes estratégicos.
Conocimiento de trabajo en metodología ágil o en cascada y una comprensión profunda de los enfoques por fases del ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.
Capacidad para comunicarse de forma clara y efectiva tanto con socios de tecnología/desarrollo como de negocios.
Capacidad para influir de forma independiente en otros para lograr objetivos.
Manejo de la ambigüedad, el riesgo y la incertidumbre.
Pensamiento estratégico y mentalidad de resolución de problemas.
