Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive. The position is based in Lima, Peru; with opportunities to work remotely, on the road visiting, prospecting clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, providing tailored logistics solutions to clients, and staying updated on market trends to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Sales and Negotiation skills, including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Business Development
Knowledge of the logistics or freight forwarding industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present tailored solutions
Analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs and identify growth opportunities
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools
Ability to work independently, adapt to a hybrid work environment, and manage time effectively
Familiarity with the US and international trade markets is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
