Descripción de la empresaYummy es la empresa líder de delivery y transporte en Venezuela, con la misión de crear abundancia humana a través de la tecnología.Descripción del puestoEstamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Director(a) de Ventas para un puesto a tiempo completo y presencial en Caracas. Esta persona será responsable de gestionar el proceso de ventas de soluciones corporativas de Yummy, optimizar la relación con los clientes (account management), liderar al equipo comercial y garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas de venta diarias.ResponsabilidadesDesarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de venta efectivas para impulsar el crecimiento y alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos.Gestionar cuentas clave y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes.Liderar y motivar al equipo de ventas, asegurando un alto rendimiento y el logro de metas.Supervisar e implementar procesos de ventas y análisis de datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.Colaborar con otras áreas de la empresa (marketing, producto, finanzas) para alinear estrategias y maximizar resultados.RequisitosCompetencias sólidas en análisis y ventas.Experiencia comprobable en Account Management.Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación sobresalientes.Capacidad para formar y dirigir equipos de alto desempeño.Enfoque orientado a resultados y logro de metas comerciales.Deseable experiencia en la industria de transporte o delivery.Título universitario en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.Si quieres ser parte de una startup en rápido crecimiento y contribuir a transformar la forma en que las personas se mueven y hacen pedidos en Venezuela, postúlate y únete al equipo de Yummy
