As the Growth & Operations Lead at ClassDojo, you will play a key role in driving the success of Dojo Tutor, our groundbreaking platform for learning. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute strategies that accelerate growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of innovation and experimentation. To achieve this, you will need to work closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing complex data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing creative solutions to drive business outcomes. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Launching and scaling new organic growth channels, ensuring at least one new channel accounts for 10%+ of top-line growth within six months
• Optimizing and streamlining operations, addressing bottlenecks and working with the product team to scale effective solutions
• Leading operations and marketing efforts to launch new SKUs and growth motions, ensuring seamless execution and operational readiness

Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
