About Builder Lead Converter
We are a leading Software With a Service (SwaS) company, specializing in remodeler & home builder lead generation and conversions.
Our mission is to empower our clients with cutting-edge technology and unparalleled support to transform their marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
Salary: $62,400 - $82,400 per year, paid bi-weekly, based on a 40-hour workweek.
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior WordPress Website Designer to join our expanding team.
As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in developing WordPress websites while utilizing your technical programming skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices.
- Create concept pages, scope of work documents, and time estimates.
- Create custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of website components.
- Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement and customize third-party integrations.
- Perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve website development processes.
- Build website helper pages and landing pages on GHL.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.
- Ability to manage junior website developers.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
