Builder Lead Converter seeks an experienced Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer to join our pioneering team. As a key member, you'll develop high-performance, responsive WordPress websites and utilize your technical programming skills to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:
* Create high-performance, responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices* Develop custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience* Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness* Implement and customize third-party integrations, perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements, and conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience* Able to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English* Able to manage junior website developers* Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP* Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins* Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization* Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation* Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills* Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
