Scaled Up Partners is an innovative operator of unattended retail stores across multiple geographies with a focus on rapid expansion.
Salary: $120,000 per year
Job Description:
- Oversee a team of 4-5 internal operations staff and contractors to provide regular feedback, conduct one-on-ones, and foster team growth.
- Manage the Operations team to ensure that markets are well-stocked, beautiful, and performing (revenue + profit).
- Actively monitor market problems and ensure that the Operations team quickly solves them.
- Onboard new properties and chase down answers to key onboarding questions to keep the new openings schedule on track.
- Find ways to creatively increase revenue and profits, proactively ensuring that clients create fantastic relationships with their clients.
- Screen and/or interview potential merchandisers, ensuring satisfaction through frequent 1-on-1s and coaching merchandisers to work faster and more effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in operations management, ideally in a startup or small business environment, along with tech savviness, proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
