**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Specialist to join our team as a key player in developing and maintaining a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategies that improve employee performance and satisfaction, while collaborating with the Human Resources department in professional development and recruiting and selection.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure job descriptions reflect current responsibilities and expectations
- Develop and update detailed and accurate job descriptions for all roles within the organization
- Analyze KPI data and provide regular reports to senior management with recommendations for improvements
- Plan and conduct weekly training sessions for the team, both remote and in-person
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge in evaluation techniques and KPI's development
- Availability to work full time in our office in Caracas (Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM)
