Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual Client Success Manager to join our team. As a Valatam team member, you will play a crucial role in developing client projects and accounts to initiate and maintain good client-team member relationships, meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments, ensuring that project goals are met, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins and proactive problem-solving
  • Upselling and cross-selling to grow our teams on each account
  • Generating referrals from your accounts
  • Presenting new placements, scheduling calls, and onboarding clients
  • Updating databases and generating reports as needed
  • Providing feedback on team members' performance and client satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
  • 2+ years of account management experience (remote and serving US/Canadian/UK clients)
  • Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree
  • A quiet home office with a desk and office chair
  • Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed
  • A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
