Job Description:
Key Account ManagementWe are seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute channel strategies that drive sales and revenue growth. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Development: Develop and execute channel strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the payments sector.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and technology partners.
- New Business Development: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and support for channel partners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.
- Business Travel: Travel as required to meet with channel partners and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions and technology trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in English at a C2 level.
