Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager at Condor Agency, you will oversee project timelines, maintain strong relationships with clients, and optimize our processes for smooth operations. Your role requires proactive client communication and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture robust client relationships through consistent communication, active participation in client calls, and thorough documentation of key points.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines to ensure timely deliverables using our project management tool (ClickUp) to track progress, updates, and action items.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional team efforts to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and support the team in implementing efficient workflows.
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring seamless transitions, monitoring budgets, client goals, and KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing project management.
  • Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • 4+ years of experience using Project Management Tools.
