Scale Up Recruiting Partners is a fast-growing staffing firm connecting top talent with leading organizations. Our client, a thriving enterprise, is expanding its sales team and seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage C-level executives (CEOs, HR Directors, etc.) through targeted cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Sales Outreach: Launch effective campaigns using Apollo.io, Instantly AI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to expand our network.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from discovery calls to closing deals, ensuring seamless execution.
- Research & CRM: Utilize research skills to identify leads and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
- Track Performance: Monitor productivity and hit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using tools like Time Doctor.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and optimize results.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a remote setting.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using sales tools such as Apollo.io, ChatGPT, and Excel.
- Sales Skills: Strong understanding of prospecting, outreach, and closing techniques.
- Communication: Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and able to thrive independently.
