Our client is a rapidly expanding staffing firm that specializes in connecting top talent with leading organizations, empowering them to achieve their business goals.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting C-level executives via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, developing and executing outreach campaigns, and overseeing the entire sales process from initial discovery calls to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect C-level executives via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to expand our network and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Outreach: Develop and execute outreach campaigns utilizing tools like Apollo.io, Instantly AI, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to increase our reach and engage with potential clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial discovery calls to closing deals to ensure a smooth process and maximize conversions.
  • Research & CRM: Conduct lead research and maintain accurate records within our customer relationship management system to track our progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Track Performance: Utilize tools such as Time Doctor to monitor productivity and meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and improve our processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and optimize results to achieve our goals and drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using sales tools like Apollo.io, Excel, and other relevant software to enhance our processes and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Sales Skills: Strong understanding of prospecting, outreach, and closing techniques to drive revenue growth and achieve our objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team and communicate with potential clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, motivated, organized, and self-driven to achieve our objectives and drive business success.
