We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Valatam. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide coaching and mentorship for continuous improvement
  • Implement performance improvement plans as needed and ensure the team maintains our CRM (Hubspot) and all data accurately and up-to-date
  • Ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of sales targets
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes and cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the industry
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and proven experience exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrable experience as Head of Sales
  • Leverageable network of small business contacts
  • Experience working online and remotely with high autonomy
  • Native-level English speaking and writing (C1-C2)
