Job Purpose:We’re looking for a closer. As a Real Estate Acquisition Manager at Fast House Buyers, your mission is simple: hunt down the best deals and close them. This isn’t about supervision; it’s about action. If you live for the thrill of the chase and the satisfaction of sealing the deal, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Coordination: Take over leads as soon as they show interest. You’re in the driver’s seat—keep the conversation moving toward a close.
Sales Closing: Leverage your sales expertise to overcome objections, build rapport, and close deals via text and calls. Every interaction is an opportunity to close, and you don’t let opportunities slip.
Communication Management: Craft and execute effective responses, keeping communication sharp and persuasive. Your goal is to get to ‘yes’—and you know how to get there.
Market Research & Analysis: Use market data to inform your sales tactics. Stay ahead of trends to strike while the iron is hot.
Professionalism: Represent Fast House Buyers with integrity, but never lose sight of the goal: closing deals.
Experience and Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on remote or real estate roles.Proven ability to close deals via text and calls.Strong communication skills—no fluff, just results.Ability to manage multiple leads at once, keeping all eyes on the prize.Self-motivated, relentless, and driven by success.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.Experience with CRM tools and communication platforms.
Compensation Structure:You’ll earn a combination of hourly pay and commission, designed to reward your hustle
